Shipping policy

Elissar Couture offers free shipping to all orders over $100. 

Items under $500 will be mailed out using USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number.

Items over $500 will be mailed out using USPS Priority or Priority Express and will require a signature at delivery.

All international orders may be subject to duties for customs clearance upon arrival to the recipient's country. The customer is responsible for these fees. Elissar Couture is not liable for these costs.
