Return Policy

Item(s) must be returned (shipped out) within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition unworn to be eligible for full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item is returned within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the merchandise.

We do not refund shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item (s)

All returns will be processed within approximately 14 days upon receipt.

** Please Note ** All returns need to be properly insured through the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as ELISSARCOUTURE.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Issues with your order

We pride ourselves on creating quality jewelry that is meant to last. If you see any

issue with your order, please email us at elissa@elissarcouture.com as soon as you

can. We always want to make your jewelry shopping experience safe and

enjoyable. If you are not 100% happy, we will work to make it right.

Repairs

Sometimes things break

We pride ourselves on top level quality. Although, life happens and sometimes a ring will

break or the dog catches on your chain and it snaps. No worries at all! All our pieces are

guaranteed to last. Standard repairs will be complimentary for the first 12 months.

After the 12 months, repairs are subject to a cost.
